Hull Support Consultation

Hull Support Consultation

Last year The Migraine Trust held a Managing Your Migraine meeting in Hull and following that we have had discussions with health professionals concerning how we might be able to provide more regular support to people in Hull concerning their migraine.  In September 2011 we launched an Advocacy Service that focuses upon patient access to treatment, employment and migraine in schools.  It seems to us that a combination of the areas that our Advocacy Service works on and practical information about migraine could be what people need.

However, we do not have the funding to simply introduce such a support service and so want to look for external funding to do so.  As part of this work we want to consult people who live in or around the Hull area and who have migraine.  We have put together a short questionnaire that will help us determine whether there is sufficient demand for such regular support and if so how best it should be structured.

If you live or work in Hull or the surronding area we would be very grateful therefore if you could spare a few moments of your time to complete and return the questionnaire.
