  • For example, the type of migraine you have been diagnosed with, the frequency and severity of your attacks, and the impact it has on your family/social/work life. If you do not have migraine and instead represent someone else with migraine, please tell us about that person and your role supporting/caring for them.
  • Consider: What is your motivation to help The Migraine Trust in this way? What would you like to change or achieve?
  • We are particularly interested to hear about any professional or career-related skills and knowledge that may support the work of the forum. For example, experience of the health service, charity sector, education, government, marketing, communications, research, law, etc.
