Lilly is conducting a clinical trial with an investigational medication for people diagnosed with chronic migraine.

The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of the study medication known as LY2951742 in participants with chronic migraine.

REGAIN study

Participant must:

  • Have a diagnosis of chronic migraine with a history of migraine headaches of at least 1 year prior to Visit 1, and migraine onset prior to age 50.
  • Be 18 years to 65 years (inclusive) at the time of screening.

Participant must not:

  • Have participated within the last 30 days in a clinical trial involving an investigational product.
  • Have a history of persistent daily headache, cluster headache or migraine subtypes including hemiplegic (sporadic or familial) migraine, ophthalmoplegic migraine, and migraine with brainstem aura (basilar-type migraine).
