Raise money in memory of a loved one
Help us continue our charitable work
When a loved one dies many people want to make a donation to a charity that was particularly meaningful to that person.
Donations collected in memory of a loved one will help The Migraine Trust to continue its charitable work.
You could help bring a cure for migraine one step closer
We recognise that people raise money in memory of a loved one for lots of different reasons.
Some people want to say thank you for the support we’ve given a loved one during their life. Others want to ensure that future generations are able to have a better life. Others hope to do their bit to bring a cure for migraine one step closer.
Whatever your reason for giving, we are very grateful for every single gift.
We need your help now more than ever
There are now 10 million adults with migraine in the UK. We launched a new and ambitious five-year strategy at the end of February 2020 that will enable us reach more people affected by migraine, help more people, and change even more people’s lives for the better.
Our strategy sets out eight exciting projects for our charity to deliver over the next five years, based closely on what people affected by migraine have told us they most want and need from us. Whatever your own personal reasons for giving to The Migraine Trust, we hope you will find these reasons are part of our new strategy.
In order to deliver our new strategy, we will need to significantly grow our charity’s fundraising income.
Collecting gifts in memory
If you are collecting donations in memory of a loved one, please ask family and friends to make cheques payable to ‘The Migraine Trust’.
Donations can then be sent to us along with a covering note to:
Fundraising Team, The Migraine Trust, 4th Floor, Mitre House, 44-46 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1BN
Create an online tribute
An online tribute to a loved one, such as a JustGiving In Memory page, allows you to tell the story of the person you’re remembering and collect donations easily, safely and securely.
Friends and family can donate to their loved ones chosen cause or a charity that reflects a health condition, such as migraine, that affected them during their life. Your JustGiving In Memory page stays open for as long as you like, allowing you to add donations and messages over time.
Would you like to speak to someone at The Migraine Trust before deciding?
