Edinburgh Marathon & Half Marathon 2024

Fast & flat, this course was voted the fastest marathon in the UK by Runners World, ideal if it’s your first marathon or you are looking for a PB.

The Edinburgh Marathon has sold out every year since 2008 and is the second largest marathon in the UK, behind only London. You can also opt to do the Half Marathon if you are building up your miles.

Starting on Potterrow with the picturesque backdrop of The University of Edinburgh’s McEwan Hall, this incredible city centre route takes you past many iconic sights of this historic city.

So, grab your trainers and take on an epic 26 or 13 miles to raise vital funds for Team Migraine next Spring!

To take part you just need to pay a registration fee and pledge to raise £375 for people living with debilitating migraine. To guarantee your place, we ask that you raise at least £275 two months before the event.
