Take on the Captain Tom 100
Build on Captain Sir Tom Moore's legacy
This time last year 100 year old Captain Sir Tom Moore completed one hundred laps of his garden to support the NHS Covid-19 appeal. He ended up raising a truly incredible £38.9 million for the NHS and inspired millions of people around the world.
You can join us in celebrating what would have been Captain Tom’s 101st birthday by taking on a challenge to support people affected by migraine.

It can be anything you like – from running 100 laps of your garden to baking 100 cupcakes or climbing your stairs 100 times.
How you can do the challenge!
